1 ounce of 1 slice of cheddar cheese.
5 soda crackers.
1 small sized apple.
1 cup of tea or coffee specifically sugar free.
Lunch:
1 slice of toast.
1 any kind of cooked egg.

Dinner:
A cup of tuna.
Half a banana.
1 cup vanilla ice cream.

Day 6: Eat healthy & balanced diet

Extra Tips

It is okay to consume any amount of coffee or tea you want but do NOT add any calories from cream or sugar especially.

You need to stay hydrated by drinking a lot of water too.

During the meal if diets, you should NOT eat snack.

You can swap the tuna with some almonds if you are vegetarian.
