How To Treat Bunions Naturally By As Simple As Following This Few Tips!

A bunion is a skeletal bump that forms on the first joint of your big toe.

Exercise 1: Ball Rolling

 
Place your foot on a tennis or golf ball and roll the ball beneath the mounds of your toes. Then roll on anywhere on sole that feels tight.

Exercise 2: Interlace Fingers Between Toes


You need to do this by sitting, then cup the sole of the affected foot in your palm.
With the free hand available, interlace the fingers between the toes of your foot.
Then begin by bending the toes back and forth, upward and downward for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Exercise 3: Curl Toes 

 
Do this exercise by stand up straight or sitting. Then point your toes straight ahead for 10 seconds, and then curl them under for 10 seconds. Repeat this for several times.

Exercise 4: Band Stretching

 
Remember to use a good elastic band for this exercise. Place them around the big toes on each foot. Then slowly turn your feet outward until you feel the stretch on the big toes. Hold the position for 1 minute and then relax.
Perform this exercise for 15 minutes for 2 or 3 times a day.

If you have bunions and recently causing sore and inflamed after you have been on your feet for too long. Relieve pain and inflammation using ice therapy is a great method because cold temperature temporarily numbs the nerve endings and provides relief pain.

1. Place a handful of crushed ice inside thin towel and wrap it.
2. Begin to apply on affected area for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Then break for 10 minutes and repeat the procedure 2 or 3 more times.
4. Use this simple remedy as needed.

In order to reduce your chances of growing bunion also to prevent from need of surgery if you already have one, take note to aware your footwear.


  • Always wear footwear with wide front, broad toes and soft soles.
  • Also use padded shoe inserts to support distribution of pressure evenly when you move your feet.
  • If you have a bunion, wear or choose shoes with a wide and deep toe area. Sandals are a good choice.
  • Do not wear shoes with heels higher than 2.25 inches.
  • Prevent from wearing high-heeled shoes for longer than 3 hours at a time.
  • Choosing footwear that fit the shape of your feet is best.
  • Never force your foot into a shoe that does not fit while also avoid tight fitting socks or stockings.
  • It is best to remove your shoes every so often during the day to give your feet a break.
