Exercise # 5. Chair Dips:

1. Use a stable bench or chair, start by sitting on the end of it & place your hands on each side of your legs.
2. Keep your feet flat on the floor & your forearms has to be perpendicular to floor, move forward your butt & lower it down until your elbows forms 90 degree angle.
3. Slowly get back up to starting point. Repeat this for 10 reps.

Take just a 1 minute rest between different exercises above and repeat this workout to get rid of armpit fat.
